I haven’t posted in a while — not from lack of stories, but because I was busy absorbing new impressions.
The past two weeks took me through China, from Kunming to Xishuangbanna. Now I’m back in Thailand, almost on my way to Prachuap.
More stories are coming, but for now I’ll just share this small moment: a market vendor expertly carving a young coconut, leaving behind a perfect, snow-white ball — no shell, no waste. First you drink the juice, then you eat the rest.
My mouth is watering. I wish I could find one right now.
